1. Returns

Due to the personal care and hygienic nature of our skincare products, all sales of Shea Butter are final. We do not accept physical returns on any Shea Butter products. 

2. Refunds

While we do not accept physical returns, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your Shea Butter purchase, or if your item arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. 

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at pricejuanita005@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- A photo of the product (if damaged or defective)

Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
